Delete your Framvo account

Request deletion in account settings. You have 30 days to cancel.

1. Sign in to the Framvo account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm the request.

Delete campaign data without deleting your account

You can delete your uploaded Framvo campaigns while keeping your account.

1. Sign in to Framvo and open your profile.
2. Open the three-dot menu on a campaign you created.
3. Choose Delete campaign and confirm. Repeat for any other campaigns you want to remove.

Campaign deletion removes the campaign record and requests removal of its uploaded artwork and preview files. There is no 30-day grace period for this action. Your account, profile and other campaigns remain. Security and moderation records may be retained where needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations. Copies saved or shared outside Framvo are not removed.

To request deletion of other account-associated data, or if you cannot delete a campaign or its files, contact Framvo support or email support@framvo.com. Specify the data you want deleted and the email associated with your account. Do not include your password. We may verify ownership and explain any records that must be retained.

What happens after account deletion is requested

Your account is scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period. You can sign in and cancel the request in account settings before the scheduled deletion is processed.

The deletion process removes your authentication account, profile, campaigns and uploaded files. Security, moderation or operational records may remain where needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations.

Saved campaigns and recent creations are stored locally in your browser or app. Remove these separately from Library, or clear the app or browser data. Copies you saved to your photo gallery or shared with another service are outside Framvo account storage.

If you cannot access your account, contact Framvo support with an account-deletion request and the email associated with your account. Do not include your password. Ownership may need to be verified.
