Framvo for creators and communities
Twibbon Maker for Shareable Photo Frame Campaigns
Upload a transparent PNG frame, publish a campaign link, and let supporters add their photo on Framvo. Use the web version or mobile app.
A twibbon is a reusable photo overlay for a cause, celebration, team, or event. With Framvo, an organizer publishes the artwork once and shares a campaign link. Each supporter chooses a photo, positions it inside the frame, and creates a finished picture. Supporters can use a campaign without creating an account.
Make a twibbon campaign in three steps#
- Prepare the artwork. Create your border, logo, and short message in a design tool, leaving a transparent opening for the photo. Export a PNG under 5 MB with at least 5% transparency. You can also choose Framvo starter artwork to try the workflow.
- Publish on Framvo. Sign in, complete creator setup if prompted, and create a Frame campaign. Add a preview photo you have permission to use, adjust its position, and enter a title, description, and campaign link.
- Invite supporters. Share the published campaign URL. People choose their own photo, adjust the fit, and download or save their result. They can then upload it to their preferred social profile.
Framvo handles photo placement and campaign sharing. Prepare custom text, logos, and artwork in your design tool before uploading; the photo editor does not edit those individual design elements.
Pick the right type of campaign#
| Your goal | Choose | What supporters see |
|---|---|---|
| A border or badge around a portrait | Frame | Their photo underneath your transparent PNG |
| A branded canvas around a smaller photo | Background | Their photo above your background artwork |
A Background campaign keeps the source photo's original background. It does not automatically remove a person's surroundings. See the background photo campaign maker for examples of that layout.
Build around the occasion#
A recognizable design gives people a reason to participate. Choose a specific message and put detailed instructions on the campaign page rather than across the face opening.
- Graduation campaigns: a class year, school colors, and space for graduation portraits.
- Awareness campaigns: a short statement and an accompanying link to useful information.
- Event campaigns: an attendee, volunteer, or speaker design with clear participation instructions.
- Sports team frames: team colors and an approved badge for supporters.
These are design ideas, not a promise of ready-made templates for every occasion. Upload your own artwork when a starter does not match your event.
Use the website or app#
The website works in a desktop or mobile browser, so a supporter can follow your campaign link without installing an app. Framvo also has a mobile app with native photo selection, image saving, and sharing. Check the web and mobile guide for availability and differences, including export dimensions and local storage.
Questions before you start#
Do I need a square image?#
A square is a practical choice for profile pictures. Rectangular campaigns are supported too. The final composition follows the artwork's aspect ratio; it does not automatically turn a rectangle into a square. Test a circular crop if the result will become a profile picture.
Can I use a white JPG as a frame?#
Use a PNG with actual transparency. A white opening covers the photo, and changing a file extension does not create transparency. Follow the PNG troubleshooting guide if your upload is rejected.
Does downloading change my social profile?#
No. Framvo produces an image to save or share. You choose where to upload it and update your profile in the destination app.
How should I read support counts?#
Supports represent recorded download or save actions, rather than verified unique people or profile changes. The support count guide explains what those numbers can tell an organizer.
