Deleting Your Account

If you decide that you no longer need your Framvo creator account, you can request permanent deletion from your settings.

How to Delete Your Account#

1. Navigate to Settings → Account.
2. Scroll to the very bottom to the Danger Zone.
3. Click the red Delete Account button.
4. Type DELETE and confirm the request in the dialog.

[!WARNING] Data Loss: Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, all campaigns you have created (meaning supporters can no longer use them), your images, and your preferences.

30-Day Grace Period#

To protect you against accidental deletion or malicious account compromise, Framvo does not delete your data instantly.

Instead, when you click Delete Account, your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days later. During this time, your profile and campaigns will be hidden from the public.

If you change your mind during this 30-day grace period, simply log back into Framvo and navigate to Settings → Account. In the Danger Zone, you will see a prominent notice indicating when your account is scheduled for deletion, along with a Cancel Deletion Request button. Cancelling removes the deletion request and restores public visibility only for content that is otherwise eligible. Private profiles and moderated campaigns remain hidden.

After the grace period, a scheduled job processes deletion. Processing can take longer than exactly 30 days and may retry if cleanup fails. You cannot cancel once processing has started; completed deletion is irreversible.

Security, moderation, and operational records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Local drafts, Library copies, downloaded photos, and copies shared elsewhere are managed separately. Clearing your account does not remove images from other people's devices or social accounts.
