Changing Your Email Address

If you need to update the email address associated with your Framvo account, you can do so securely from your account settings.

Steps to Change Your Email

1. Log in and navigate to Settings → Account.
2. Locate the Email section and click Change.
3. You will be prompted to enter:
   • Your Current Password (for security verification).
   • Your New Email Address.
   • Confirmation of your new email.
4. Click Update Email.

Framvo will send a verification link to your new email address. You must click that link to finalize the change!

Google Login Users

If you originally created your Framvo account using Google Sign-In, you do not have a traditional password on file.

Before you can change your email address, you must first navigate to the Password section below it and click Set Password. Once a password has been set for your account, you will be able to proceed with the email change instructions above.
