Setting Up Your Profile

Your profile is your home base on Framvo. Whether you're a non-profit, a community leader, or just someone who loves creating fun frames, setting up your profile helps build trust with your supporters.

You can browse and use campaigns without setting up a creator profile. When you first choose a campaign type or template to create, Framvo asks for a display name and available username before opening the editor. Photos, banner, bio and country are optional. After setup, you return to your chosen type or template.

To edit your profile, click your avatar in the top navigation and select Profile, then click Edit Profile.

Customizing Your Information#

Display Name vs. Username#

• Display Name: This is the formatted name shown prominently on your profile and campaigns (e.g., "The Ocean Cleanup").
• Username: This is your unique platform identifier used in your permanent profile URL (e.g., framvo.com/u/oceancleanup).
  • Username Rules: Must be 3–30 characters and can only contain lowercase letters and numbers (a-z, 0-9). Our system checks availability in real-time as you type!

Profile Art#

Personalize your page visually by uploading two images:

1. Profile Picture: Displays as an avatar across the site (max 5MB).
2. Profile Banner: The large header image on your profile page. We recommend an 800×200px image (max 5MB) for the best result.

Bio and Country Privacy#

• Country privacy: Country is optional and visible only to you and authorized Framvo admins. You can add or clear it in Edit Profile. Campaign discovery uses an approximate country from your connection, rather than your profile, and keeps worldwide campaigns available.
• Bio: You have up to 500 characters to tell the world who you are and what your campaigns are dedicated to.

Unsaved Changes#

If you attempt to navigate away from the edit page before clicking Save Changes, Framvo will display a warning to ensure you don't lose your work!
