Photo Positioning and Frame Fill
Use Fit, Zoom, Rotate, Fill, Undo, and Reset to position your photo and handle uncovered frame areas.
After choosing a campaign photo, adjust it before downloading. The web editor's photo toolbar provides controls for fitting and positioning the image.
Position the Photo#
- Move: Drag the photo with a mouse or touch.
- Fit: Choose Fit photo to keep the photo within the canvas, or Fill photo to cover it, which can crop the edges.
- Zoom: Open Zoom and adjust the slider.
- Rotate: Open Rotate, use the slider, or choose 90°.
- Photo: Choose a different source photo.
- Undo / Redo: Step through recent edits. Reset returns the positioning and fill to their defaults.
Keep faces and important details away from frame decorations. Review small text and consider how a destination app might crop the finished image into a circle.
Fill Uncovered Frame Areas#
For Frame campaigns, open Fill to choose what appears in space around the positioned photo:
- Blur: A blurred version of the photo fills uncovered space.
- Color: Choose a solid fill color.
- Transparent: Leave uncovered space transparent in the PNG.
These fill controls apply to Frame composition. Background campaigns place the photo above the artwork and keep the photo's original background; they do not cut out the subject.
The final output uses the artwork's width and height. A rectangular campaign does not automatically become square. When ready, download and share your result.
Mobile App Controls#
In the app, drag or pinch inside the photo canvas and use the adjustment buttons shown on screen. Its control layout can differ from the website toolbar described above. Both keep the campaign's Frame or Background layer order. Check the result before saving.
The web export uses artwork dimensions; the current app preserves the aspect ratio up to 1080 pixels on the longest edge. See web and mobile differences.
