How to Submit an Appeal

We recognize that context is crucial and mistakes can occasionally occur in moderation. If your campaign has been temporarily removed or your account restricted, you have the right to challenge the decision by submitting an appeal.

Submitting a Campaign Appeal

To appeal a campaign that has been given the removed-temporary status:

1. Navigate to your Profile Menu and select Appeals (/profile/appeals).
2. You will see a list of your eligible items (campaigns or your account) that can currently be appealed.
3. Select the campaign you wish to appeal.
4. Write your explanation: Clearly provide context or evidence explaining why the campaign does not violate our community guidelines. Provide as much detail as possible.

5. [!IMPORTANT]
   Your appeal reason must be at least 20 characters long.

6. Click Submit Appeal.

Important Rules for Appeals

• One Appeal Per Item: You can only submit one appeal per moderation action. If your existing appeal is categorized as pending, you cannot submit another for the same item.
• You Must Be the Creator: You can only appeal actions on campaigns that you created.
• Permanent Removals: Campaigns with the removed-permanent status cannot be appealed.

Once submitted, our admin team will manually review your case.
