Appeal Deadlines & Reminders

When a moderation action is taken that is eligible for an appeal, you do not have unlimited time to act. Moderation actions must be appealed promptly to ensure fairness and efficiency.

The 30-Day Window

From the exact date and time your campaign is temporarily removed or your account is temporarily banned, you have a strict 30-day window to submit an appeal.

If you miss this deadline:

• The appeal window will permanently close.
• For campaigns, a removed-temporary status will effectively become permanent, and you will no longer be able to restore the campaign.

Reminders

To help you ensure you do not miss your window, Framvo’s automated system will gently reach out:

• In-App Notifications: We will send you an in-app reminder regarding your campaign 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the deadline expires.
• Emails: If your entire account has been banned, you will receive email reminders at those exact same intervals (7, 3, and 1 day).

Do not wait until the last minute. The sooner you submit an appeal, the sooner our team can review your case.
