Downloading and Saving Your Campaign Image
Find your downloaded PNG, save a mobile result to your photo library, and troubleshoot missing images, permissions, or incomplete exports.
After adjusting your photo, save the finished image before closing the campaign. Framvo can also keep a recent creation in your local Library, but Library is not a permanent backup and does not sync between devices.
Download from the website#
- Finish positioning your photo and choose Download Image.
- Wait for the browser to complete the download.
- Open your browser's download list, or look in your device's Downloads location.
- Open the image to check it before selecting it in another app.
A web download may be stored in Files or Downloads rather than appearing automatically in Photos. The exact location depends on your browser and device settings. If your device offers an action to save an image to Photos, you can use that after opening the file.
Framvo exports a PNG with the campaign artwork's dimensions on the website. A rectangular design produces a rectangular result.
Save from the mobile app#
On the result screen, choose Save image. Allow Framvo to save to your photo library when your device requests permission. After a successful save, look in your photo library's recent images.
If permission was previously denied, open your device settings, find Framvo, and review its photo-saving permission. Return to the result and try again. Ensure the device has storage available.
The current mobile export preserves the artwork's aspect ratio within a PNG up to 1080 pixels on its longest edge. See web and mobile differences if the size differs from a browser export.
If no image appears#
- Check the right location. Browser downloads and app photo-library saves can go to different places.
- Wait for the artwork to load. If the frame or background has not loaded, retry when your connection is stable before saving.
- Use a regular browser. If a link opened inside a messaging or social app and downloading fails, copy the campaign URL into your regular browser and try there.
- Review permissions and free space. This is especially relevant to saving from the installed app.
- Return to Library on the same device. If the creation was kept locally, you can open it and save or share it again. Clearing browser or app data can remove that copy.
Keep the page open while troubleshooting if it contains your only copy of the composition. Avoid clearing app or site data as a first step.
If the picture looks wrong#
The frame covers my face: return to the editor and move or zoom the photo. If the intended opening is completely opaque, the creator may need to correct the artwork; see PNG transparency troubleshooting.
There is empty space around my photo: use the web editor's fit/fill controls and Frame fill options. The positioning guide explains the choices.
The image becomes cropped on my social profile: the receiving app may crop it into a circle. Save a composition with the face and important text away from the corners, then preview that crop in the destination app.
Share sends the picture without the caption: some apps ignore accompanying text. Use Copy caption, attach the saved image manually, and paste the caption. See sharing your result.
If you still need help#
Use Contact with the campaign link, whether you used the website or installed app, your browser or app version, and the step that failed. You do not need to send a private portrait to explain that a download button or save action failed.
