In-App Notifications – Framvo Alerts

To keep you updated on important events regarding your account and campaigns, Framvo uses a real-time in-app notification system.

The Notification Bell

You can access your notifications by clicking the Bell icon located in the top navigation header. When you have unread notifications, a badge with the unread count will appear over the bell.

Real-Time Delivery: Because the system is built on real-time database connections, notifications arrive instantly. You do not need to refresh your browser to see new alerts.
Viewing All Notifications: You can see a complete history of your notifications by clicking “View all” in the dropdown, or by navigating directly to /profile/notifications.

What Notifications You Will Receive

Our notification system is reserved for important account and safety updates, including:

Moderation Actions: Alerts when your campaign is flagged as under-review or if it has been removed.
Appeal Updates: Status changes regarding your appeals, including when an appeal is submitted, approved, or rejected.
Deadline Reminders: Alerts sent 7, 3, and 1 day before your safety appeal window expires.
Account Actions: Notifications regarding profile reviews, warnings (like warningIssued), or account-level actions.

Simply click on a notification to be routed to the relevant action page, such as your profile settings or your appeals dashboard.
