Creating Your Account

Whether you’re creating campaigns for an organization or simply looking to support a cause, getting started on Framvo is fast and easy.

Registration Options

You can create a new account by visiting our Sign Up page. We offer two ways to register:

1. Email & Password: Provide your name, an active email address, and a secure password (minimum 8 characters).
2. Continue with Google: Use your existing Google account for a fast, one-click sign-up process that skips the email verification step.

Email Verification

If you choose to sign up using an email address and password, we need to confirm that you own the email address provided.

Immediately after submitting the sign-up form, you will be redirected to an email verification page. A secure login link will be sent to your inbox.

What to expect:

• Account setup pending: If you try to log in before verifying, your account remains in a pending state, restricting you from creating campaigns or editing your profile until verified. (Remember, you can always log out to browse and use campaigns anonymously).
• Where to click: Open the email from Framvo and click the verification link. This confirms your account and automatically completes your login.
• Resending the link: If you didn’t receive the email, you can use the “Resend Link” button on the verification page. Check your spam or promotions folder if adjusting your inbox filters.

The Onboarding Flow

Once your account is securely verified (or immediately if you used Google sign-in), you will enter the onboarding flow to set up your profile details.

Here you will establish your identity on the platform:

• Display Name: Your primary name shown to other users. This is pre-filled from your sign-up form or your Google account.
• Username: Must be unique, a minimum of 3 characters, and contain only lowercase letters and numbers. A live indicator will let you know whether your chosen username is available. This username forms your public profile URL (e.g., framvo.com/u/yourusername).
• Country: Select your country to let supporters know where you’re based.
• Profile Customization (Optional): While setting up your account, you can also optionally add a profile photo and a banner image (up to 5MB each).

Note: Unsaved progress is protected; if you try to navigate away before completing onboarding, a confirmation prompt will ask if you truly want to leave.

Once you’ve completed these onboarding steps, you’re officially a verified member of Framvo! You can now start browsing campaigns or create a campaign of your own.
