Background Image Requirements – Framvo

A Background campaign allows you to upload an image that acts as the bottom layer, with the supporter’s photo placed on top of it.

Required Specifications

Unlike Frames, background images are much simpler to prepare because they do not require any transparency.

File Formats: We accept .png, .jpg, .jpeg, and .webp.
File Size: Maximum 5 MB.
Aspect Ratio: A 1:1 (Square) aspect ratio is recommended, as it works best for social media feeds, but other standard aspect ratios are also supported.
Transparency: Not required. Any transparency in your background image will simply be rendered as a solid color by the browser.

Design Tips

When designing a background campaign, remember that the supporter’s picture will be placed on top and can be resized or moved around. Try to leave enough empty or lightly textured space in the center or to one side so the supporter’s photo won’t clash with critical text or branding.
