Reporting a Campaign or User

Our community’s safety is a priority. If you encounter content or a user that violates our guidelines, you can report them directly within the platform.

Reporting a Campaign

When viewing any campaign, you can report it for review:

1. Click the three-dot menu on the campaign card or at the top of the campaign page.
2. Select Report Campaign.
3. Choose the most applicable reason from the list:
   • Inappropriate Content
   • Spam
   • Copyright Violation
   • Other
4. Click Submit Report.

Reporting a User Profile

If a user’s entire profile (such as their avatar, username, or bio) is inappropriate, you can report the user directly:

1. Visit the user’s public profile page.
2. Click the Report option (usually found in a menu on their profile).
3. Select the specific reason:
   • Inappropriate Profile Picture
   • Offensive Username
   • Spam in Bio/Description
   • Impersonation
   • Other
4. Click Submit Report.

Rate Limiting and Misuse

To prevent the abuse of the reporting system, rate limiting is in place. You cannot repeatedly spam reports against the same campaign or user. Each report must be filed individually, and intentionally filing false reports may lead to action against your own account.

Once submitted, our moderation team will review the report, and if action requires hiding the content, our auto-moderation system will take effect immediately.
