Profile Photo & Banner Requirements

Customizing your profile helps supporters recognize you. Here are the specifications for the images you upload to your profile.

Profile Picture (Avatar)

Your profile picture is displayed on your campaigns and beside your username across the platform.

• File Formats: Standard web images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp).
• File Size limit: 5 MB.
• Aspect Ratio: 1:1 (Square) is required. If you upload a rectangular image, it will be cropped into a circle or square in the UI. We recommend at least 400 x 400 pixels for clear resolution.

Profile Banner

Your banner image spans the top of your public profile page.

• File Formats: Standard web images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp).
• File Size limit: 5 MB.
• Aspect Ratio: A wide rectangle is required. The optimal recommended size is 800 × 200 pixels. Uploading an image with different proportions will result in clipping or cropping.
