What Happens If Your Campaign Is Removed

If our moderation team determines that your campaign violates the platform guidelines, it will be removed. Depending on the severity of the violation, removals can be either temporary or permanent.

Temporary vs. Permanent Removal#

• Temporary Removal (removed-temporary): This means your campaign is hidden from the public, but you have the right to challenge the decision. You have a 30-day window from the date of the removal to formally submit an appeal.
• Permanent Removal (removed-permanent): This occurs for severe violations (such as blatant hate speech or illegal content). These campaigns are permanently unavailable to the public and cannot be appealed further. This moderation status does not itself delete the campaign record or uploaded files.

Notifications and Communication#

Admin status changes create an in-app notification. Temporary and permanent removals also queue an email notice to your registered address. Restoring a temporarily removed campaign or deciding its appeal queues an email too. Email can be delayed or filtered; check your in-app status and appeal deadline rather than waiting for delivery.

We understand that context matters, and mistakes can happen. If you receive a temporary removal, you are strongly encouraged to submit an appeal.
