What Happens If Your Campaign Is Removed
If our moderation team determines that your campaign violates the platform guidelines, it will be removed. Depending on the severity of the violation, removals can be either temporary or permanent.
Temporary vs. Permanent Removal
- Temporary Removal (
removed-temporary): This means your campaign is hidden from the public, but you have the right to challenge the decision. You have a 30-day window from the date of the removal to formally submit an appeal. - Permanent Removal (
removed-permanent): This occurs for severe violations (such as blatant hate speech or illegal content). Campaigns that are permanently removed are deleted from our active systems and cannot be appealed further.
Notifications and Communication
Whenever a moderation action is taken against your campaign, you will receive two forms of communication:
- An In-App Notification: A real-time alert delivered straight to your bell icon inside Framvo.
- An Email Notice: Delivered to your registered email address with instructions on what to do next.
Your Right to Appeal
We understand that context matters, and mistakes can happen. If you receive a temporary removal, you are strongly encouraged to submit an appeal.
You can manage this process right from your profile settings. To learn more about how to contest a decision, please read our guide on Submitting an Appeal.
