Campaign Invitation and Caption Templates for Photo Frames
Adapt clear invitations for graduation, awareness, event, and team frame campaigns, with instructions for sharing images and campaign links.
A useful photo-frame invitation tells people why the campaign exists, where to create a picture, and what to do with the result. A caption serves a different moment: it accompanies the finished image after someone has participated.
Keep both short enough to understand on a phone. The examples below are templates, not real campaigns. Replace every bracketed placeholder and test the destination links before publishing.
The organizer's basic invitation#
Join [campaign name] with our photo frame. Open [campaign link], choose your photo, adjust the fit, and save your picture. You can then upload it to your profile or share it in a post. Details: [information link].
This gives people a complete action without assuming the download automatically changes a social profile. Use the campaign URL for creating the picture and the information URL for registrations, schedules, or background reading.
A preview image helps people recognize the design. Include the purpose in the announcement text too, so the invitation makes sense without the image.
Graduation invitation#
Celebrating with the Class of [year]? Make your graduation picture at [campaign link]. Add your portrait, adjust it inside the frame, and save the result. Ceremony information: [official event link].
Identify the school or class in the surrounding message. If there are separate graduate and family designs, label both links clearly rather than asking people to guess from similar thumbnails. See the graduation campaign guide.
Awareness campaign invitation#
Show your support for [cause or campaign]. Create your picture at [campaign link], then share it with a message of your own if you wish. Learn about the campaign and ways to participate: [information link].
Make personal disclosure optional. The invitation should provide useful information even to someone who does not want to share a portrait. The awareness campaign guide covers this approach.
Event invitation#
Joining [event]? Make your attendee picture at [campaign link]. Choose a photo, adjust it, and save your image. Registration and event details: [official event link].
Do not treat a saved attendee frame as registration confirmation. Use your event system for tickets, roles, and access. For speaker or volunteer artwork, explain who should use that design.
Team supporter invitation#
Backing [team] for [occasion]? Add the supporter frame at [campaign link]. Save your finished picture and use it on your profile or in a post. Match or club details: [official link].
If the campaign is organized by fans, identify it as fan-run. Keep authorized club information linked separately when appropriate. Our sports team guide covers the design checks.
A supporter's caption#
I'm taking part in [campaign name]. Make your own picture here: [campaign link]. Find out more: [information link].
Framvo's sharing controls provide a default caption with the campaign URL. The receiving app may accept the image but ignore the text, so use Copy caption and paste it manually when needed. You can adapt the wording before posting in the receiving app.
Sharing a campaign link and sharing a finished image are different actions. The link invites others to personalize the artwork; the image shows your own result. Including both helps people understand how to join.
Match the instructions to the device#
For a browser invitation, say download and explain that the picture may be in Downloads or Files. For the installed app, say Save image and mention photo-library permission if someone is stuck. You do not need to require an app installation: the Framvo website works in a mobile browser.
Keep web and app instructions available, and link to saving help for recurring problems. Run the launch checklist with a new participant before sending the message widely.
